Orders placed online cannot be refunded if the incorrect shipping method was chosen resulting in early or late delivery, if there were spelling or grammatical errors, or for incorrect/ incomplete shipping addresses.

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may reroute the package for you provided FedEx has not already shipped this package back to Ingallina's.

Changes or cancellation of orders: We are happy to make any changes to your order if it is not already in processing, in transit or has already been delivered. Please be aware that during high volume seasons such as Valentine’s Day and during the Holiday season, we will process your order early so we are able to meet delivery expectations. All our items are perishable and are unable to be resold once they have been shipped. Due to this, we do not accept returns. If we incorrectly fulfilled the items for your order, please call us at 206-766-9400 for Seattle and 503-233-9400 for Portland and we will make it right with either a replacement or refund.
